hadjee Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Restriction

The hadjee Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. hadjee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the Player fails to satisfy this requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered hadjee account. hadjee reserves the right to close any and all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with duplicate regist rations. If you have forgotten your account credentials, please contact hadjee support at [email protected] rather than creating a new account.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your hadjee account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. hadjee reserves the right to verify all registration information and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hadjee is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a passport, or a utility bill as proof of address. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction. KYC documents are handled in accordance with hadjee's Privacy Policy.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the hadjee Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hadjee makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

3.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hadjee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your hadjee account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have notified hadjee of a security breach in writing without undue delay.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your hadjee account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hadjee support immediately at [email protected]. hadjee will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation. hadjee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your hadjee account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account, or to use another person's account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hadjee currently processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods:

hadjee reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on hadjee is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your hadjee gaming balance. hadjee does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. hadjee targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit on hadjee, you warrant that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source, that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used, and that the funds are not derived from any unlawful activity. hadjee reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory documentation.

4.5 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hadjee reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and are encouraged to contact [email protected] to reactivate their account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hadjee are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is published. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your hadjee account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. hadjee reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hadjee takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or using any strategy specifically designed to generate a guaranteed profit from a bonus regardless of outcome. hadjee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New hadjee members who qualify for the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 must deposit a minimum of ৳500 via an approved payment method within 24 hours of registration. The bonus amount is matched to the first qualifying deposit at the stated percentage, up to the maximum cap. Standard wagering requirements apply. The welcome bonus is available once per Player and once per household, device, or shared IP address.

6.1 RNG Certification

All non-live casino games offered on hadjee use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by hadjee or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for featured slot titles are published in the game information panel within the hadjee Platform.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Void Bets and Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round or bet placement, hadjee reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Player's hadjee balance. hadjee's decision in respect of any malfunction is final. No winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical malfunction will be paid.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hadjee and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human wagering mechanism
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes ("palpable error") to place knowingly advantageous bets
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after wagers have been placed

6.5 Sports Betting — Settlement Rules

Cricket, rugby, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets on hadjee are settled in accordance with hadjee's official sports betting rules, which are published separately on the Platform. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach its scheduled conclusion, hadjee reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to Players. In-play odds may be suspended at hadjee's discretion during events where reliable data is temporarily unavailable.

7.1 Player Responsibility

hadjee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. You agree to use the hadjee Platform for entertainment purposes only and to wager only amounts that you can afford to lose. Online gaming carries financial risk and hadjee strongly encourages all Players to set personal deposit and loss limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any hadjee Player who believes their gambling behaviour is causing harm to themselves or others may request a self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and restrict access to the hadjee account for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, hadjee will also suppress all marketing communications to the excluded Player.

7.3 Minor Protection

hadjee has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held will be returned to the source payment method after administrative review. hadjee encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

8.1 Service Availability

hadjee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of interruption, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, security upgrades, and circumstances outside hadjee's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or regulatory action) may cause temporary unavailability. hadjee shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hadjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. hadjee's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Certain games available on hadjee are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. hadjee acts as an interface to these providers but does not control the underlying game software. In the event of a dispute relating specifically to the outcome of a third-party game, hadjee will liaise with the relevant provider but the provider's own technical records shall be the authoritative source of truth.

9.1 Ownership

All content on the hadjee Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the hadjee brand name, is the property of hadjee or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in hadjee's intellectual property.

9.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hadjee Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any hadjee content without prior written consent from hadjee.

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your hadjee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11.2 Termination by hadjee

hadjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hadjee reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct
• The account is being used for money laundering or other unlawful purposes
• The Player is under the age of 21
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, security, or reputational risk to hadjee

Where an account is closed by hadjee due to confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, hadjee reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the hadjee Platform, you should first contact hadjee support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. hadjee aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. hadjee's decision on any dispute arising from these Terms or the operation of the Platform shall be final, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through hadjee's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in Bangladesh.
